How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 4-7 working days. Express delivery takes 1-3 working days in most cities.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. A small handling fee may apply.
How do I return an item?
Open My Orders, pick the order and choose Return / Refund within 7 days of delivery.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through our secure payment partners, plus Cash on Delivery.
How can I track my order?
Open My Orders and select the order to see live status, courier name and tracking number.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A GST invoice is generated automatically and emailed to you. You can also download it from your order page.
